By downloading or using Caddie AI (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Caddie AI is a mobile application that helps golfers track rounds, receive AI-generated coaching insights, and create social media content based on their round statistics. The App is available on iOS and Android.

You must sign in with a valid Google or Apple account to use Caddie AI. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be 13 years or older to create an account.

• Caddie AI offers a free tier and paid Pro subscriptions (monthly and annual).
• Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and managed via RevenueCat. Pro Monthly is $12.99/month. Pro Annual is $89.99/year (42% saving).
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play.
• You can restore previous purchases from the Settings screen.

Coaching insights and social media posts generated by the App are AI-produced and intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional instruction from a certified golf coach. Always use your own judgment when following any coaching advice.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Use automated means to access or scrape the App or its APIs.
• Circumvent usage limits or billing systems.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

The Caddie AI app, brand, and all original content are owned by Intellilogics. Your round data belongs to you. AI-generated coaching text and social posts generated for your account may be used freely by you.

The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI insights will improve your golf game. Use at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intellilogics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
